Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I just wanna know if he has any semblance of an offensive game :mjpls:

It pains me to post this but....

He's no DeAndre Jordan, he has fundamentals, it's just that he was a wing player until a few years ago. The real question is, who gonna score on him :mjpls:

1) Being young is not a fukking skill. Growth and development isn't guaranteed.
2) He can shoot - but the D League is full of guys who can shoot and do nothing else. A pretty jumpshot is just that - pretty. He isn't gonna be getting 35 seconds to work and screens from 3 1st round talents in a weak conference to get open anymore. We all know that he can't dribble a slinky down the stairs and he's the most assisted player in college hoops. How many rookies get spoonfed like that? How many proven NBA shooters have the benefit of being spoonfed like that?
3) He's 6'5. Okay. Good frame. Good combine. Etc. Having a good NBA size doesn't mean anything by itself. There are 6'7 SGs with equally impressive form that struggled to get good looks. Ones that weren't completely one-dimensional too.
4) His defensive potential? :childplease: This the shyt I'm talking about. Somebody want to say that other people must not know basketball.... like its some huge achievement to play good perimeter defense when you got Towns and WCS behind you.:mjlol:
5) "Don't take dumbass shots and you can't dribble for shyt so let the Harrison Twins handle that" = well coached now? :stopitslime:

Dude just ain't top 10 talent. He's lucky he looks like someone who plays the same position.

People can't even name a half-dozen primarily off-ball wings that transitioned well into the NBA. For most, the list stops cold after JJ and Korver - and both of those guys took half a decade to be worth their time on the court.
1. Ok nikka well if that's the logic you gone use, then why have a draft every fukkin year in the 1st place? Since you claim youth ain't valuable and growth ain't guaranteed, why don't we have a veteran's combine like the NFL every year instead of a draft since youth ain't valuable then nikka? :sadcam:

2. This shyt ain't nowhere near true. If them guys in the D League could shoot as good as Devin Booker or as well as YOU claim, then they would be in the league already!!!!!! His jumper is not just pretty, it's CONSISTENT. If you watched the Finals then you know how valuable CONSISTENT shooting is. See Jr Smith. And name a single player that's gone be available at number 9 that can dribble better than Booker. Please do it. I'll wait

And being spoonfed? :dahell: :dahell: nikka what the fukk are you talking about? nikka the MVP of the league's Dad made a 16 year career out of being "spoonfed". I'd say Dell Curry is a proven NBA shooter. Wouldn't you?

3. Breh. We AREN'T talking about how good his shooting form looks. I'm strictly talking about how MUCH his shot goes in. That's it. And if you think Devin booker is one dimensional then you probably have not seen him play that much :yeshrug: He's not gonna have any problem getting good looks

4. :dahell: Breh you losing me. What does Towns and Stein being behind him have to do with HIS perimeter defense? How does having a shot blocker behind magically make someone a good perimeter defender? James Harden has been playing w D Howard for 2 seasons now and he's STILL a poor defender on the perimeter.

But Patrick Beverley was a great defender before he even met Howard. Hell that's the sole reason he's in the league :yeshrug: Either you're a good perimeter defender or you're not and Booker is a good one. Defense on the perimeter is the hardest place to play defense and he's nice at his age

5. You saying Calipari isn't a good coach now :russ: You mean the guy who went to two straight final fours? :russ: nikka you sound crazy.

Anybody who comes from Kentucky is going to be well coached. Hell Cal went to the final four with fukkin UMASS and a 6-3 power forward :damn: He's one of the beat around and you see the difference in guys who are well coached and those who aren't. I mean if Jr smith would've went to play for Cal outta HS he might not be such a dumbass now

He is top 10 talent breh. It's not a coincidence that guys like Jalen Rose and other pundits are putting him in the top 10. It's not because he receiving favorable treatment, he's just a good player deal with it :yeshrug:

nikka did you say it took a decade for Korvwr to be worth his time on the court??? Have you ever seen a basketball game before this season???

Korver shot 53.6 from 3 just 4 years after he was drafted :dahell: You trolling me?

Booker is more athletic than Korver and Redikk :yeshrug: He doesn't compare to them at all. He doesn't compare to Klay Thompson either. Only lazy ppl who try to front like they know basketball compare them because they're both light skin.

I actually think he's more Ray Allen coming out of college than Klay Thompson. But you're going to complain about your team until they get a 2k lineup with Curry, Harden, Durant, Davis, and Aldrige on the court :yeshrug:

People like you don't deserve a good team breh if you gone pitch a fit over Devin Booker of all players

Don't know if it has been posted but League exec consensus is Sixers are lying about Embiid injury to force a team to trade up for one of the bigs.
Yeah, it's becoming really widely speculated across the league that Embiid's "setback" ain't real, some insiders saying He's really 100% and ready for next season, also Tony Wroten posted on his Instragram that he talked with Embiid and Embiid told him he's 100% as well. :patrice:

Self's comments a few weeks ago made me question things too.

Sidnote: I'm interested to see if a team takes a look at Luis Montero in the 2nd. He's old but there looks to be some talent there.
