I figured that the Suns approached them with this deal....But it seems like the Knicks are the ones who want it....If they really want Lyles and Bledsoe instead of Mudiay/Porzignis/Winslow I can't hate....but have they checked out Bledsoes injury? Is he a good triangle fit?

LMA with better defense is a superstar
And, if the Wolves take Okafor, you'll be calling Towns the next Kevin Garnett
no i won't. i've always said i prefered towns to okafor for the lakers because he helps sure up more of our weaknesses. but he's not great at ANYTHING. he's a good rim protector but not elite like davis or deandre. he's good at defending pick n rolls but he's not great at it like Chris Bosh. he's decent scoring in the post but not great like pau gasol. he's a good outside shooter but he's not great like Dirk.
Towns will be the center version of chris bosh. many all-star selections, but never a superstar (top 10 player). his future is as Andrew Wiggins sidekick. if they win a couple of titles, he'll be Chris Bosh type HOFer.

Nah I think with them it's either Cousins or Okafor. Aldridge is 30 and he's probably going to San Antonio. They want the 2016 pick back from the Sixers is my guess.
Umm.. if he ends up being LMA with better D he's a franchise player... I don't think he will be as good as LMA offensively.

That's why he is the WOAT of the decade.
i guess my definition of superstar is different. i consider someone a superstar ONLY if they can be the #1 option on a championship contender. right now, there are only 5 superstars in the NBA. lebron, durant, westbrook, davis, and curry. period.don't see Towns ever becoming that. only person i have not named i see joining that list is Wiggins.

Aldridge with great defense is a top 5 player.at you saying this as if it's some indictment on Towns
who said anything about great? towns will be a good defender. i don't think he'll be great. aka all-defense type center.
