Big recruiting weekend on Rocky Top just wrapped up.

4* ATH Tyler Byrd = Vol (will announce Monday)
5* DE Jonathan Kongbo = Vol (will announce Tuesday)
5* S Nigel Warrior = Vol (will announce Wednesday morning 8am)

5* DT Derrick Brown = 50/50 Vols or Auburn (will announce Wednesday afternoon 3pm)

5* OT Landon dikkerson = FSU (will announce Wednesday 12pm)

Butch Jones spacing out the commitments to keep us in the news everyday leading up to NSD. If we land monster DT Derrick Brown we have a good chance of finishing with a top 7-8 class.

We're giving Kongbo something to really think about. Thanks for dikkerson too.

Yeah, he was a late bloomer. I know most of our fanbase wanted Mullen, but I'm just as happy with Becker.

Y'all better hold onto Shaun Wade for 2017, we're coming for him. Would be nice to have him come in with Stanford Samuels III

I guess you ain't up on the message board rumors. Apparently some staffs think Kongbo never decommitted from Tennessee. But rather this was all a charade by Butch Jones to land a big fish late in the process to increase hype. Nick Saban caught wind of this which is why Alabama stopped pursuing him out of nowhere.

Word is Kongbo already committed to the staff he's going to last week before the fsu trip and most think that's Tennessee.
