JJ probably wins it again tbh. JF3 is a baby out here weight wise and Sean is just an accurate nikka with a 9th grade arm. I still got faith in Jeremy, especially since he won't have complete bums at receiver

Do people really claim to be SEC fans or do other conference fans label fans of SEC teams SEC Fans.

I legit hear folks down here say they're fans of the sec . But hey they live in the south and probably never stepped foot on a college campus that wasn't a community one. So I can't really fault em

I was rooting for Bama, but the thing is they were playing Clem. I was rooting for FSU against Auburn because they had Winston also.

You know but in reality is it a bad thing to be a conference fan being that that money is split up and the promotion of your conference does help you get top recruits. I mean when you look at top 40 recruiting most years you got about 10-11 SEC teams in it. Plus Vandy and Kent been doing way better in recruiting. Look at the SEC network that helps also.
I don't think being a "fan" lends to those factors.
Stop lying. Everyone in the SEC roots for everyone else when it comes to bowl games and the playoffs.
Your own fans chanted SEC SEC SEC at the Cotton Bowl when y'all defeated Michigan State. The same chants happened the next night when Ole Miss won the Sugar Bowl.
If you watched the Finebaum show you would see everyone was happy to see the SEC annihilate other conferences in bowl games.
This is what we mean by being SEC fans. I could care less about Bama during the regular season against other SEC teams. But when we play out of conference teams, I'll always root for the SEC team cause I want the SEC to always be perceived as the best conference.
Man, I was thinking about it unless the other team has a player of #Blackexcellence. I think I do pull for SEC teams in out of conference games(with the exclusion of Miami).

You got a point. I root for them in non conference games but not on the level as if it was my team. Some fans do that. Only team I don't root for out of conference is Auburn. I was rooting for Florida State in that NC game. But I had no problem with our fans chanting SEC during the Cotton Bowl because it was almost like a revenge game against the Big 10. Plus the SEC vs Big 10 is like College Football's Civil War.
