First and foremost, Muschamp, who prefers a multi-voice approach to the spirituality component of his program, is looking for a team chaplain to replace Adrian DesPres, who was not retained in December when Muschamp took over the program for Steve Spurrier. The news on DesPres, however, did not hit the news until this week.

Sources indicate that Muschamp’s desire is to hire a person in that role that can form strong connections with all of the South Carolina players. Additionally, this person will not be the only member of the staff whose charge is to enrich the lives of the Gamecocks players from a spiritual standpoint.

The person who ends up in the chaplain role, however, will be similar to Georgia Tech chaplain Derrick Moore, a former Atlanta Falcons player who is arguably one of the top football chaplains in the college game.

If you watch this pregame speech by Moore, you will get the idea of the type of impactful leader Muschamp is looking for.

We're going to let this defense work this year. Only thing we have to do is get better consistency. Can't have a 15-0, 14-1 year followed up with a 8-5 like seems to happen so often.
What has the offense looked this spring? Is he still trying to go air raid or is it ground based like in 2013?

Shid UF was back before grier fukked it up, if they find a confident QB mufukkas better look out.

As for Miami, i still say Richt over Mullen was a terrible call. But he's still at least 2-3x as good as golden.
That was a facade. It will be interesting to see when Hee-Haw get all of his players, cause he ain't exactly blowing the doors off on the recruiting trail.

Being 2-3x better than Golden gets you what? Richt's gonna be Bobby Bowden Lost Decade 2.0

I don't even think he knew what to do last year. But i believe more run will be happening since we have a QB that has speed and ability to run the option part of the offense now. JF3 just needs to get better at the passing game. Also, I believe our big time QB recruit will start to get his feet wet and possibly start getting into the games a little before the end of the year. If there is an injury, they might just throw him out there to get him experience for next year.

It's hard to tell by the spring game, because 3 quarterbacks were getting time and couldn't get into a rhythm. I believe Jeremy Johnson is officially out of it.....He has not looked that great. Last year or the spring game.

That wasn't no facade, that team hadn't even peaked when they blew the doors off Ole Miss in the swamp. They were getting better & better.

And Richt should be, should be good for at least 9 wins per. Plus this is Kaaya's junior year so it's now or never fof him to step up.

Everywhere...You never there.
Honestly, I think we should give Zo another shot at QB. The offense last year was horrible. They asked him to come in at awful times during the game. Hell I remember HBC wouldn't even let the kid pass the ball. He looked awful against Missouri on the road last year but that was some of the worst play calling I had ever saw from HBC. I think he deserves another shot based on what he was doing against Clem that game.

The RPO offense we have this year fits him and his skills much better. I however think that it's BMc job at the moment.

Receivers will be okay, I think we will get some really good production out on the Edwards. Two freshmen to look out for are Keil Pollard and Ran Davis. Pollard from what I've saw on film has pure route running ability he looks like the guy that just left Baylor. Ran Davis is a speed guy that will likely play in the slot he reminds like of Ace Sanders. Thing with Nunez is can he catch, we know that he can fly.

The secondary should be fine. We got King coming in and I'm thinking that we may move Lammons to safety, because McWilliams isn't that bad. Plus, that's the position that TRob and Muschamp coach so I think we will be okay there.

secondary is the most shakiest imo.

But I agree Zo deserves another shot. I felt bad for him.

Might want to revisit that schedule.
I ain't even gonna get on Ole Miss, but whatever. ECU, Kentucky, and Tenn should have beaten them before they played Ole Miss, but thats some shoulda woulda coulda. Will Greir wouldn't have made a difference against us.
