What school made the big splash as far as coordinator or just change in scheme on either offense or defense. I remember last year the offseason winner was Auburn but it actually ended up being Lincoln Riley at Oklahoma. Year before that Gary Patterson made a complete overhaul and went to air raid and TCU was a top 3 team.

Hopefully Texas hasn't been real potent on offense since 2008 to me. Glad to see Strong get with the times it worked for Stoops last year

Tennessee has #1 overall player Trey Smith pretty much locked up now.

Apparently the university just hired his sister (a UT grad) to a position in the compliance department of the football team.

He's also visiting campus over the weekend.

Watching OU and Texas scrap in the 2000's was quality

the Big 12 had 2 national champs and multiple national title appearances in the 2000's and was always in the mix that whole decade and into the early 10's

I remember one year there where several Big 12 teams were in the top 12.
