I don't think it's a bad deal. The 76ers have Simmons, Saric, Okafor and Embiid. Noel will never be more than a high level defensive player. Ariza and Beverley are 40% 3PT shooters (they need shooters badly) also they are All-NBA level defenders.

Simmons and Okafor is a disaster waiting to happen. How are you going to put the ball in the hands of Ben Simmons when at the same time Okafor needs the ball as well. Neither of them play well off the ball, neither of them can protect the rim, neither can reliably stretch the floor. You're basically placing all the chips on Embiid at that point.
