He claims he was 169 pounds during the season and put on a bunch of weight between now and these workouts. Problem is that it's not 25 pounds in muscle or the type of weight to build strength. It was more like 25 pounds eating crap so he's not used to that and it shows.

Nah he was 190 something last season. He gained 23 pounds the summer going into Duke.

He hasn't worked out for Minnesota yet and he wants to go there.

Booker needed to shoot to prove his limited sample size was for real. The better your season is, the less your workouts will be held against you.

Ingram's not slipping, but he hasn't been impressive throughout the process.

Would it be possible for the sixers to package Noel and okafor in a deal to a team or is that an impossibility
cause there lack of ability to place together.

Regardless I feel like the sixers could turn Okafor abd Noel into bostons #3 if they wanted
