Am I tripping for thinking Robert Williams if he attended the combine and showed out would of been top 5? Heard about his wingspan that plus his athleticism :whew:

Good size allowing him to play both backcourt slots, has an elite array of floaters, will hustle and make smart plays, as well as move the ball. Basically, he isnt the most talented but him and Monte are guys I expect to stick because every locker room needs "team players that know their roles."

He'd definitely be a lot higher for me in terms of his skill level right now. The potential with some of the other guards though is too much to pass up on, it becomes more of a specific fit on a certain team at that tier of guards.

Guys such as Andrew Jones, De Paula and Sumner I would definitely go with over him. Then at the later stages a guy like Rathan-Mayes in a specific role for a team such as Philly I would go with as well.

I'm really high on Kadeem Allen right now too.

I was probably too high on him, had him potentially top 3 depending on where Boston picked before he withdrew. I don't really think top 5 was too outlandish though, he was certainly going top 10.

I like Allen too and should probably place him. Good call.

Sumner....I don't see it. He isn't a real PG, no jumpshot, isn't lockdown on D and is coming off a surgery.

Think Jones goes back to school. De Paula is like Ntilikina with less athleticism and polish on both ends....so the bust potential is exponentially high but I like him in the 40s.

Just depends on if you are trying to hit homeruns with every pick or open to adding safe guys with high floors with little to no upside.

Yeah I understand it with Sumner, I think I'd rather take a risk on Kobi Simmons over him right now, but he'll probably go higher than he should just because he measured so well at the combine.

I have Jones in that second tier with Morris and Frank Jackson right now.

I think another name that could potentially sneak into the late second in that same sort of realm as Williams-Goss is Troy Caupain.

People always whine that the lotto is rigged for the big teams but the Knicks haven't gotten lucky in the lotto since Ewing

If it was rigged markets like Cleveland and San Antonio wouldn't have won it when the two best players post Jordan were available

Bron was the hometown guy....Just like Chicago when they got Rose.

Bron going to the Cavs wasn't as slimy, tho.

D Rose going to Chicago was blatantly fixed.

I also think Bron going to the Heat wasn't just his decision.

Wouldn't be surprised if th NBA "powers that be" approached him with the idea.

A ratings extravaganza!!!Shyt was a scripted power move like the WCW's "New World Order"

That's why the Cavs were given the #1 overall pick 3 times in 4 yrs after Bron "Took his talents to South Beach"

Bron knew he'd be back in Cleveland. They made sure to stock the Cavs with plenty of assets for his return home.

And Spurs owner Peter **** is best friends with David Stern:sas2:....helped push the "International Agenda"

Tim, Manu, and Parker......

And oh yeah, Magic's a company guy.The Lakers WILL be picking no lower than #2 in this draft

"According to Luke Walton, though, Lakers president of basketball operations Magic Johnson said there's a zero-percent chance they fall outside of the top three.

"Magic's already ensured me that we're going to get our top three pick this year so I'm excited about that," Walton said with a straight face on CBS Sports' We Need to Talk on Wednesday.

Walton sounds resolute in his prediction: He laughed only after the snickering of hosts Lisa Leslie and Dana Jacobson became apparent to him.

Jacobson followed up by asking whom the Lakers were going to take with "that top-three pick" – which they can't actually be awarded for almost two more weeks – and Walton doubled down on his claim.

"We don't know who the pick is yet, but I was just happy to know that we were getting the pick," he said. "That's good enough for me for now."

It's already set in motion

They've always hated on OG for some reason, I don't know what their agenda is.

They have a lot of over-reactionary rankings, not just now but all the time. Kuzma at 16 and Bam at 18. :mjlol:
If the Suns picking at 4 or 5. Do they take Fox :patrice:

Draft Tyler Ulis replacement...to be Tyler Ulis replacement :ohhh:

They're loaded at guard though, the Celts needed this to be like the 2015 draft with KAT & Porzingis. Guys that would immediately start for them at a position of need (PF).
For some reason I wouldn't be surprised if Ainge takes Jackson #1 :jbhmm:

Ainge usually does something different than others expect. He was the only one who had Durant higher than Oden. People thought he'd take Dunn over Brown, etc.

Lowry to Philly would be a waste of money, just draft Monk and call it a day. If you get lucky and get two top 5 picks and can't grab Fultz then Ntilikina and Monk would work even.
