I've been following him since he broke the Nash trade to the Lakers. He's legit. I'm wondering why it's not most likely Philly? Has Josh not worked out for them?

It's L.A...read an interview with B.J Armstrong we(Philly) haven't had a sit down with Josh yet.

BBB in Philly brehs. How we feel about it?

He'd be a great fit in Philly because the ball wouldn't stop moving between him and Simmons and the fact he'd be able to play off Simmons since he can shoot, and it would also mean there's no disputing who they go to for buckets in the halfcourt - Embiid.

They also have the athletes and flexibility to push tempo with TLC & Holmes for a different look with him when Embiid is off the floor.

You told me earlier Josh Jackson wouldn't fit too well in LA.

He couldn't play the 2? :to:

Too many cooks in the kitchen in LA

Randle
Russell
Ingram
Clarkson

All need the ball, with Jackson & Ingram being kind of redundant. Lonzo is a little bit redundant with Russell, but he's going to move the ball so I don't see why they don't just take him, he's basically the missing piece for the system Luke wants to run there.

I know why Jackson is getting a lot of love, he's extremely talented but some of these teams it's just not a good fit.

Chill shyt like this is gonna make me upset if it doesn't happen. There are some parts of his game I'm not sold on but you can't deny the fit. Dude was effective with a 18% usage rate...he'll let Ben and Embiid cook.

I feel like Randle and especially Clarkson are on their way out. Randle might get the year to prove himself but I can see Clarkson getting dealt during the draft. Maybe they see Josh Jackson playing the Harrison Barnes role that he played in GS but even with that, GS didn't really have guys that needed the ball in their hands to make an impact so I see where you're coming from.

I think this is an evaluation year for Randle, they're gonna probably pass on the extension and just let it go to restricted FA, he's gonna have to prove himself next season.Clarkson is on a solid contract, I see no reason to move since you look around the league and see guys like Delly making similar money and it's kind of hard to see why you'd move a 25 year old 6th man. The allure of Jackson is that he projects as a Point Forward, he's an explosive athlete and you look at him and say "If he figures out how to become a better shooter" and if the Celtics didn't have Brown they'd probably be considering him with the 1.
