In theory, yes. But Hill seemingly has forgotten how to run the ball since the conclusion of his rookie year and Gio -- who has never carried the lion's share of a load -- is coming off an ACL tear.

To me, it's another case of where -- like Ross -- I don't doubt the talent of the player picked. But I think more pressing needs should have been addressed first. Doesn't matter though, Cincy's philosophy is "Best Player Available"
