Stoops has done a great job at UK all things considered. They really are just a QB away at this point. He's recruited great even with a lot of recruits getting poached every year by bigger programs. Mac Jones should have stayed committed to UK. Jarren Williams who flipped to Miami was committed to them for awhile too

I think it's been the QB position that's held them back all these years. But they usually keep a good RB and defense every year

Back in the day they had that tall lightskin nikka who they were hyped about, he wore number 3, but he never took it to the next level in his growth, like a poor mans Dak, minus the offense to let him shine,

And it would be the qb situation, but a few programs thrive independently of a great qb
