Houston, USF, & UCF really are some of the best/most relaxed jobs a coach could have in CFB

UCF is the best job in the country. One of the biggest Unis in the country in a football rich state, in a big city with year round good weather and a booming area, with a casual academic standard, big but easy-going local support, and a top tier stadium.

The pressure to potential ratio at UCF is out of this world.
