most if not all these new coaches are having struggles in their first years. fans got be patient. new coaches can plan all they want but they don't get a true read of their team's/staff's weaknesses/strengths until after the first season. when you start seeing this shyt seep into the 2nd, 3rd years is when you need to worry. that's why people are pissed at herman. he let this disease called tim beck continue in his second year.
