we just need 12 team playoff honestly because it seems like some good teams will be left out of the playoffs this year.

Why do y'all want to expand the playoff? It's perfect at 4 teams
No matter how much you try to expand it you're always gonna have teams that complain that they're not included...football isn't gonna turn into March Madness
because it's flawed if you have 5 P5 conferences then how can you only put 4 in the playoffs? that itself is a flaw. Plus the 13th ranked team can't make a case of being in vs the 6th rank team. thats a big gap

If we go by your way of thinking, why should Florida get a chance at a playoff? They've already lost multiple times this year, same with Syracuse and LSU. UCF has played one of the weakest schedules in recent memory.
So again why do you want to create a playoff to include teams that don't deserve a shot at a national title? I would rather leave out a potentially deserving team than include 5-6 teams that don't deserve a shot

Naw. You need the top 10. It's less drama when the 11th ranked team is l left out thinking they should be in the top 10.
Plus you won't have the same team winning the chip all the time. There would be plenty of upsets.
