He just comes off as one of those “I am the system. My players don’t need make the system” types

Leach doesn’t have a problem finding and developing talent on offense so as long as he hired a strong DC and a good recruiting staff he would be fine. Development is more important anyway and he’s great at developing scrubs into great players in his system so if he had even the 3 star recruits from Florida he could do some real damage.
