The other coaches might handle their teams in a CEO style way. It doesn’t work for everyone. A&M should find a different coach if that’s what they’re looking for.

And that's how should handle it. Thus why they have chips. It's an easy concept. I don't see where the argument lies.

If HC were the OC and they he had significant playoffs wins and championships that would be a different story. But that's not what's happening at all. Wearing both hats makes it harder.
