A 0 tolerance policy isn't the answer IMO.
That's failing the young man.

Of course. There are grey areas to everything. Doesn't mean you don't provide a standard tho. The rule should be the rule and the exception should be the exception. Mullen's rule is the exception though.....which fails the young man even more.

You do know that RPOs are supposed to be easier for a QB than going through pro-style passing progressions, right? GT being a triple option offense for so long, should have QBs who are a more natural fit for a RPO run-based spread offense.

Seems like you would have the personnel if you were already running an option based offense. I would think it would be an easy transition than if you were running a pro style offense.

Now if they were to try to run a pro style offense now. Y'all definitely don't have the personnel for that
