In all seriousness, reading his book and other articles on how he runs his program; I think that aside from being a obv football junkie, he has a good read on incorporating psychology warfare in the locker room. Everywhere he's been, he brings these psychology/motivational experts to refine and expand on his whole "e+r=o" philosophy/mantra and everyone from the coaches on down to the players & equipment managers buy in.
