If I were them I would go after Marvin Lewis or someone like Steve Mariucci/Rex Ryan with the success that Herm is having. That model with a CEO figurehead type HC that delegates everything out so he can just be a great leader, motivator and recruiter works best if they make the right OC and DC hires.
