I've never seen Ozark. I've been out there before what's the show about?
Jason Bateman plays a money launderer for the Cartel who moves his family to the Ozarks
He starts buying all the shytty businesses there (bars, strip clubs, mortuary, etc) to clean money
Series mainly about how he and his family navigates around all the different characters they meet in the Ozarks, including organized crime, politicians, FBI, etc
The girl that won the Emmy is one of those characters and she plays Bateman's protege pretty much

All the got nominees were pretty average this season because of shyt writing. Only one who transcended with their performance was Emilia Clarke and dinklage

true

like i said earlier i’ll give a “legacy” nod to Alfie Allen as well. The writers didn’t fukk up his redemption arc and honestly it was one of the few things they got 100% RIGHT in my estimation.

Aside from Dinklage, none of the GOT actors have really had much success in Emmy's past. The last season didn't help though.

Knew Billy would win.

HBO should’ve sent A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms If they wanted a chance.

That Ozark episode was dope asf though
