That’s what I was saying about Staples. The same argument they were making for OSU, they refuse to use for SoCal when they’re the exact situations. It’s bs. And that was before they started going in and being dead wrong about Cincinnati. These people carry water for the P5 and the TV folks. It’s laughable how see thru it is

4 best teams in the committees eyes right? That’s what they do every year. Some years they throw conference champs in the bushes because another team in “ their eyes” is better. So them looking at OSU with less games played but still one of the best 4 is what it is. A non power 5 will never get in if they can’t get in this year. Until they expand or change the criteria for getting in the playoffs there will always be a conversation about who should get in.
