Napier has been offered the Auburn job

Coaching staff have to make sure that phones are off during the post game speech in the future. McCall needs to run some laps, steps or some type of punishment for this mishap. Doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things since Dabo said that we shouldn’t be in the playoffs in the first place.

Yeah Dabo voted us 11 in the final coaches poll.

like @Darth Nubian said neither teams needs bulletin material though. Chance for a spot in the title game is all the motivation you need.

I tried posting on Auburn board but can't. Please pass along over there if you can.

I have access to coaches at UL. I don't post often but did recently about a question related to Rob Sale (that he wouldn't accept OL coach position; he's tied to Napier).

Napier is in detailed conversations with Auburn about staff budgets, coach hires, support staff, etc. Napier likes to walk through all the details before accepting.

Napier did in fact turn down USCe & Miss St last year because of issues that came up during these detailed conversations. He'll turn down Auburn too if it doesn't work out. He believes that you need everyone on the same page to have a successful program.

Napier wants to bring most of his staff with him. He'll go after Katie Turner which is over Recruiting at Georgia.

Another interesting note: Napier loves the transfer portal. Sets him up nicely at Auburn with only 13 commits to take lots of players in the transfer portal for this cycle.

Also, I think Nix would fit well in his offensive scheme.
