Don't know what exactly they're deferring, but not paying any amount of money now should be seen as a good deal to the owners

With several owners reportedly willing to lose the season rather than lose money and play it...... I'm not particularly optimistic.

Early April baseball weather is brutal. I can't imagine late October and November. I've left games early because it was too windy and cold.
Buster Olney said this morning that the players and owners have a week to figure this shyt out if they plan on starting the season at the end of June.
The players will need a 3 week training period. My only question is what if some of the players that are currently in other countries will have to do a 2 week quarantine when they get back to the US? What if some can’t get back in time before the start of the season?
