I thought I read somewhere that the SNY contract with the Mets is almost up, and Cohen was planning on starting a new cable service, or partnering up with other professional teams to start one. That would leave the Wilpons with SNY with no sports being shown.


It just doesn't make sense for ANYONE to bid over 2 Bil if SNY isn't included in the deal.
