How would you guys feel about eliminating offsides to open up the ice?

@K-Apps and everyone else weigh in too.
To expound, touch up offsides and eliminating 2 line pass is about as progressive as you can get for NHL.

If you want a faster/more open game, you’re counting on a systematic change in how the game is played. Similar to the Steph Curry/GSW effect on modern basketball.

That's the problem though. These coaches haven't shown a willingness to change thus far. I don't know how it happens w/o rule changes to force their hands.

I think I would allow for “legal interference” as well. A player can set a legal pick for a puck handler as long they aren’t moving. A moving pick is an interference penalty like an offensive foul in NBA. That might open up the NZ and offensive zone and make more difficult for defenses to clog up NZ and offensive zone.
