Why would it be?
Texas whole recruiting pitch for Olineman was giving them $50k each.
Schools can discuss nil as its approved by the ncaa.
Schools cannot coordinate NIL opportunities for student athletes. That is not equivalent to a recruiting pitch of something that already exist and also not set up by the school.
OU compliance is probably the strictest in the country, often to our detriment
