I feel like it's rare for a new coach to come in and really turn things around.
They just continue the flow of what the school is and then on the second contract when it's all them they either tank it or keep their head above water
Can’t remember who said it but it’s true af. Never is the Black coach allowed to turn things around at a middling program. They only bring them in to clean up and stabilize shyt but fire them for the on field product. They also don’t get shots at established powerhouses. QB, WR and DB coaches make up a huge chunk of HC backgrounds yet the hiring numbers don’t add up.
