watching the Mets/LA game and on that diving catch I realized none of the grass or dirt came up and shyt made me realized those little things add to the game

I mean seeing a players' jersey get dirty and the field look beat up after a game let you know that a fukking baseball game took place

you want to see well hit line drives get played by the shortstop standing in right field foh and guys with 160 averages . Tell the pitchers to pitch differently it’s not all on the batter , purist nonsense

They were shifting on Ted Williams. The difference now is we do it with everyone because hitters have gotten significantly worse at hitting to all fields. If your team is winning or scores a ton of runs, the shift doesn't matter.

Ever since @Remote said the Red Sox would come back to earth, they've been trash..

On July 1st they were in 1st place and like 20 games over .500.

Since then I think they’re 3 or 4 games under .500.

That pitching staff is getting exposed.
I feel bad but I don’t feel bad. I’m a Yankees fan.
