Just on accolades and success in college id pick Etienne. Cook was the better back imo though.

Dalvin Cook easily, Etienne was good but Cook carried those FSU teams after Jameis left.

Dalvin Cook one of the best ball players I've seen in person. His freshman year he made our NFL-laden defense look like Duke. Saved Jameis ass that year
