Depends on position. Most QBs still not coming in and starting/playing as true freshman

A player also has to earn their keep tho, you can’t come in as a 5 star and expect preferential treatment, you gotta put in the work, you gotta show why you were so coveted coming outta HS.

That’s the downside to the portal, a lot talented guys thinking grass is greener on the other side and it’s not, maybe there’s a reason you got passed up on the roster and it’s up to you to fix that.
