They not necessarily that racist, the biggest issue facing fields is the old staff tried to draft him to save they ass, the new staff didn’t draft him, and have not taken the steps to help him develop, drafting a new qb would be just as disastrous given we have to get this roster in order, just like the lions are doing, I think the saving grace may be, with the large amount of cap space we have, we might buy our way into some good talent to make us decent
