@trick who is overtime elite?

It's a prep to pro program that pays high schoolers and draft eligible kids to play for them. guys are getting six figures to play for them. they play other high schools and prep academies. they had two guys who were projected to be drafted. Jean Montero, who was lottery pre-season, looks like he'll be undrafted. Dom Barlow was a 3 star that they built up, did well at the combine but looks like he'll also be a two way guy.

incredibly disappointing night for them.

Its rough to play college basketball across 350+ Division 1 teams, and only have a chance to get about 23-26 guaranteed 1st round contracts (4-7 spots/year at least for international or G League Ignite players). Plus only about 20 or so 2nd round picks, since alot of teams picks these 'stash in Europe' players.

All these players for 45 total spots is tough business.
