Coli.
I'm a Chet guy out of the top 3. Zig when others zag. He has unique skills that the right team can maximize.

The tank for Wembanyama is gonna be interesting. Probably OKC dives in if the year doesn't go the way they want it. Maybe Houston, Sacramento, San Antonio, Utah if they blow it all up.

A lot has to happen for that to be determined now, but for some teams, they're only banking on internal improvement and this draft to improve, so we might see some of these teams back up here again.
Do you believe Jabari is worth the #1 pick? All the signs point towards him going #1 but he had little to no handles and that is extremely hard to develop compared to learning how to shoot better.

Knicks really want a PG, I would be surprised if they draft AJ

This guard class is underwhelming though

Do they have their 2nd? They could probably get jean montero in the mid 2nd. He should go higher though, he's produced everywhere he went.

Wouldn't be surprised if Kennedy Chandler or even Tyty slip to the 2nd

I'd be surprised if TyTy dropped. That pedigree is his biggest asset.

A Breh mentioned it earlier but I wonder if this was to make the ignite program look better. Would have been a bad look if their top prospect prior to the season didn’t get an invite.
If he's gonna slide on draft night, that's just make the Ignite look worse as well as the league for inviting him.

I'm not gonna say this guarantees him anything because I thought he was a first rounder anyway, but at least they're not inviting him with the intel that he'll slide (he still might, but someone always does)

Also, 20+ green room invites is begging for disaster. I remember the NBA didn't wanna invite more than 10-12 guys because they didn't want them having to leave the green room.

As for y'all the viewer, this draft is gonna take 4 hours to watch, first 20 minutes will just be the player intros.

who was the longest green room wait? I can't think of anyone outside of Deyonta Davis falling into the 2nd?
last year was Cam Thomas falling to 27.

going way back I remember Rashard Lewis and Jumaine Jones and I don't include the people who bought tickets and were in the crowd (those are sadder. I've seen guys leave with their families sad when they realized they weren't getting picked).

Just googled it, and Bol bol falling to 44 a few years ago I think is the answer.

Forgot all about that. Poor guy:to:

Yes, Bol Bol was there. That was wild because nobody knew why he kept falling.

EDIT: Cliff Alexander was at the draft and didn't get picked. I don't think he had a green room invite, but I distinctly remember seeing him and his family outside Barclays and he's tryna keep his cool.
