Kirby Smart got over on Saban in one aspect, Saban a couple of years ago said the days of having a dominant 2011 Bama defense is over, well Kirby not only won two titles with a dominant defense but also won with a QB that won’t be a top pick in the draft.

Another one is, I think Jalen Milroe is gonna be the starting QB and will have a Blake Sims type year.

Haven’t been in the discussion for dbu since the end of the 2019 season. Db play has been ass. Missed out on numerous 5* dbs as well in recruiting since that timeframe.

Jim Harbaugh > Bo Schembeceler

That man does not deserve a statue let alone "Schembeceler hall". There are coaches like Don James and Steve spurrier who are clearly more successful.

I think we look back on the Bo days with rose colored glasses, but it shaped our mentality, honestly Lloyd was everything we hoped bo would be, but somewhere along the lines he needed a younger injection of coaches and recruiters before he got pushed out

You right about that cause Georgia did get torched by Bama two years ago and Ohio State last year but for the most part they’re a sound disciplined defense that we haven’t had in a while, the talent has been there except on the DL but the execution is lacking and that’s something Saban has always preached.

...Brady Hoke belongs on Michigan's staff as a coordinator and recruiter . He did nothing wrong but the job was too big for him. He had some legit recruiting classes....players loved that dude.

I’m going to be honest, if he got a good staff, he would have went down as a great, and yes if he clipped, Michigan should reach out

Michigan has too many rivals and it’s largely for monetary purposes. Having an instate rival that hates your guts and your literal academic and collegiate twin a few miles from the border in South Bend is an advantage Ohio State that is often over looked. Should’ve bushed Notre Dame a long time ago and made Michigan State a game subject to scheduling just like any other big ten game.

I feel the same way About ND the only two schools I see as our Rival are USC and Michigan ..Michigan state,Pitt,Stanford,Miami and navy are not true rivals
