If they are moving forward already I assume they already have a deal in place for someone. Not sure if they could afford anyone you listed though. My guess is Schumann. Between firing the current staff, buying out another coach and hiring a new staff this is probably going to cost them around 75 million. Gonna hurt their NIL pockets

The 5 + 7 playoff model is to allow more B1G and SEC teams in the playoff. So I would be surprised if Penn State and Ole Miss didn’t make a 12 team playoff.

PSU would not get in over UL, Oregon state or Mizzou or OU

Yeah, Ole Miss is a quality team they just can’t beat Alabama or Georgia, who almost nobody in the sport can beat. They’re the Penn State of the SEC.
