The announcers on Fox can't stop putting him over. Man had to stay in school for 27 years so he could finally appear great. I got money on Penix, so I'm bias in that way. But, yeah he about to be one of them major head scratchers when peeps look at this 15-20 years in the future like really? The Mega Super Senior got the Heisman?
