Tom Herman had yall S&C A1. Thats the only reason yall almost beat us in 2017 and the main reason yall ran us in 2018 (aside from Darnold not being there to save Helton bum ass again)

He did on the strength side. Conditioning was a problem. Also, he did not recruit the right body types for maximum growth.

This team will be really good in the trenches. No musical chairs at oline coach like under Herman. Coach Flood is a top 3 oline coach and this is the third year of him getting the massive body types he likes, expect a jump.
