USC will be in Tier 1 as well.
Washington and UCLA will prolly be Tier 2 with Wisconsin and Iowa.

UCLA will be Minnesota / Maryland / Michigan state. 7-5 team. They're not a good program and I can't imagine them faring well on East Coast road trips.
And tier 1 will still be Michigan and Ohio (12/11 win teams), with usc/Penn state/oregon/Washington being tier 2 (10/9 win teams)
