They are, it's ND -2.5 (USC +2.5)

Haven't bet in a while, but a lot of my prospective picks have been wrong

I'm not sure ND is all that good, they almost beat OSU who hasn't been itself since 2020, but USC's defense is so suspect, they've been dying to cough up a game they should win.
