Who has PSU beat other than teams they are heavily favored against?

PSU wouldn’t beat a single good team with an offensive pulse.

I would vote for Daniels, no cap. I think the award should be more than “best QB on a top team”

but knowing it will never change the Pac12 chip will decide it.
