Conflicting reports then I guess cuz I saw reports of him "removing himself" or maybe they were just letting him save face. Even people who retroactively talked about it were saying he turned it down. In any case, if they offer it, he'd be a fool not to take it for a CPL years at least even as a stepping stone.
