FSU is an easy target since they lost their QB. they can't make a credible argument against an undefeated washington from the really strong PAC 12.

This is why I'm all for the 12-team format. I'll be the first to admit that it would potentially hurt some of the regular season games and that most years there's probably only 2 or 3 great teams but with the talent more spread out this year (and maybe into the future) we are going to see more teams looking like they deserve the 4th spot.

You can't trust the committee when it's 4 teams. 12 teams... there's no real argument from a 13th best team, like who cares.

One more thing, I do think this is the narrative they would try but it makes zero sense because Alabama needed a gift to beat Auburn. 100 teams in FBS would have rushed more than 2 and shot that bullshyt down

Nobody wants to see FSU win next weekend bc they'll be food for whichever team is the 1-seed. Sure it's a cute lil story to get in with your backup but luck gonna run out, especially when you're not playing the ACC/Louisvilles of the world.

FSU isn't OSU in 2014 with a bench full of 5* QBs, a first round RB and a generational coach on the sidelines.

There will be an argument some season from the #13 team when some 2-3 loss 12th ranked Ole Miss or PSU gets in over an undefeated G5 team

But that's just the name of the game. The #68 team or whatever it is now, in hoops is always complaining
