A school that wants to keep or hire a coach under a show cause penalty would have to show the ncaa proof why he should still be a coach and the ncaa would basically say FOH and assess penalties and recruiting restrictions. It basically ain't worth it until after the penalty expires, that's why Sampson was coaching in the NBA.They should've hired his ass back
