UConn in trouble. They can’t rotate defensively and Karaban is the only guy who can hit shots consistently
Bailey is nice. He’s defnitely getting drafted top 5

I didn't expect Hurley to stop giving a fukk about defense
. Never seen a UConn team just not defend the 3 point line, this is way more than just not having Clingan, their principles are atrocious.

Both will be top 5. Bailey prob has the highest ceiling of anyone in the draft because of his size and shot making, he was hitting some crazy shots. Harper is probably the most NBA ready. He has everything you want but just an average jump shot right now.

Clingan was a cheat code defensively in college, it’s tough to replace him.
Hurley has switched his philosophy to go with more offense assuming he can just coach them how to play defense and this shyt is blowing up in his face so far, every game in Maui their perimeter players have been getting torched

Also just a matter of jimmies and joes. It may be in part bc of UConn’s development so I guess some just wanna trust the process, but there’s no Tristan Newtons or Andre Jacksons helping that perimeter defense. Sometimes there’s just a glass ceiling on ability you can’t develop through
