One thing that really hurts CBB is the lack of quality floor generals that can just tell someone to not take shyt ass shots. This big cac big from Tenn is like 0/7 from 3 and keeps shooting them because he's open. There's a fukking reason.

Maybe it should be on the coach to do that, but there's only so much you can do from the sidelines

Illinois has been terrible defensively for a few years. They didn't look AS bad today, but that was because the Vols are no offensive juggernaut themselves.

That final play showed how bad Illinois is on defense. They let someone take it full court in 5 seconds for a layup. The big for Illinois even backed up to box out up as the dude went up for the layup. There wasn't enough time for an offensive rebound had dude missed the shot, so there was no good reason why he didn't try and defend the shot instead of worrying about a put back.


Auburn looks scary good. Clowned my squad somethin' serious today

Yeah I think their coach now has the undisputed rep in the B10 as a guy that raises your floor but gives a definite ceiling. I feel like Painter has lost the rep with the last run they had.

Ohio State from what little I've seen seems like a team that's gonna beat you in one specific way. I think once we took the three away, they didn't really have another option. I can see that the shooters were there watching the 2nd half, once the game was out of hand and they got more comfortable. Good game though homie

Thats the blueprint. That’s how you win in CBB. Having a bunch of one and dones on your roster is cool and all but it never gets the real results you want. You need veterans to get you over the hump in March
