I remember when people thought this kid was better than Arch coming out of high school, and Arch was only ranked a 5 star because of his last name. Meanwhile Arch will be starting for the flagship school in Texas next year and Nelson might be starting for a UT system school.

Those same people that said the bolded now want us to start him over a guy who’s lead us to two semifinals and maybe a championship this year and a throw away last year from a chip

He fukked it up his junior year, he shouldn’t have played his senior year but his dad didn’t want him to sit out so he rushed him back. He had surgery after his senior year but USC wasn’t patient with his recovery either which is why he was pushed to move on.

I think he has potential...He takes a lot of hits, but I can appreciate a guy that can stand tall and make the throws under duress. Cam Ward might be a little more dynamic. I'm not sure which I like more as a prospect. I do know that Hunter will be the best player in this draft, I have no doubts about that. Some of those scUM defensive players look good too (D-linemen and Johnson). If J. Smith was eligible, I'd say fukk it and take him #1 overall.
I won't be surprised if Shedeur has success, I also won't be surprised when he has struggles. I bet he's better than Baby Arms Bryce tho :camby:

Although I'm not completely sold on him, I like Shedeur just for the simple fact that I think he'd fit Callahan's system more. He's accurate, especially on short/intermediate throws, can get the ball out quick, does a lot pre and post snap read wise, goes through his progressions & although he isn't the most athletic he can identify (and escape at times) peripheral pressure for the most part.

Ward has the bigger arm but I have Shedeur with slightly more upside.

This draft ain't sexy by any means QB wise but shyt, there was a time when mfs wasn't high on Mahomes, Watson, etc. Sometimes you just gotta take that shot.

Plus, we got a new stadium finna come online & we gotta sell these tickets :mjlit:

Of course, I could be wrong and Ward will be the next Jayden Daniels but either way, I can't look at Will Levis or Mason Rudolph anymore :scust:

I have no mf clue how he swindled those in da know other than give his agent a mf bonus for whatever propaganda he was spreading...

And again, I ain't really sold on any of these niccas and think at 1, just about everybody a reach but I cannot, I repeat, I cannot look at Levis & Rudolph again.

I'm not above trading back to take somebody in the trenches to continue to get our shyt together there and sign some patch work QB to hold us over to another draft.

I'ma watch some more actual tape as the draft get closer cuz I've really only seen about a handful of games from Shedeur & Ward fr

They some look-the-part 6'4 cacs. Some GMs are still stuck in the 90s/early 2000s with that shyt.
