They need to work out a way to move it up closer to NY, No need for a long ass break from Conf. CGs to the playoffs.

no sport other than CFB takes 2-3 week long breaks between the regular season and postseason.

December portal issue isn't a thing if CFB ended their season on time, but they extend it to please TV networks
