When they were G5s I think for sure everybody would say UCF then USF were the best two G5 schools in Florida a head coach would want to be at.

I hate how conference realignment has killed the G5s btw. Some of the most fun the past 20 years was seeing which G5 team could try to break through and compete with the Elite

In a regular year that team is easily an 11 win team. They didn’t play any scrubs that year.

IDK that defense was trash. They lost to a 5-5 LSU team and got blown out in the bowl game (clearly showing they didn't belong in it).

Good offense but historically bad defense. Also got lucky that Julian Newman fukked UGA over because if he played for them they would've lost in the WLOCP yet again that year.

And Sam Darnold went to back to back NY6 games
