Look up Joe Massino, Mob boss that flipped...even a boss can flip and give up info on murders and shyt that are unsolved. If he wants to not do 25 to L, he'll cooperate and testify to all those old murders (shondale, lil jojo, etc.). Feds will build further rico cases on the rest of them
